Responsibilities include TIG/MIG welding of food-grade 304 stainless steel, aluminum diamond plate installation, and chassis reinforcement.
Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Tech
Type: Full-Time | Location: On-site Workshop
Responsibilities include installation, testing, and maintenance of soft serve ice cream machines, commercial reach-in fridges, and exhaust hoods.
Mobile Kitchen Design Consultant
Type: Full-Time | Location: Sales & Design Office
Work directly with food truck entrepreneurs to configure custom kitchen floor plans, menu equipment specs, and health department submittals.
